PROJECT WISDOM

Question of the week:  Do I have an attitude worth catching?

Something to think about:  Attitudes are contagious.  Is yours worth catching?
 - Unknown

Have you noticed that people with a good attitude are nice to be around?  They take themselves lightly, and they look for the good in others.  They look on the bright side of things.  Our attitude affects our lives and the lives of those around us.

Something to write about:  Look up the word "attitude" in your dictionary.  Make a list of words that describe your attitude toward life.  Write a sentence with each word that tells about your attitude.
KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

Kindergarten registrations for the 2010 - 2011 school year has begun.
You may register your child from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

must bring the following documents with you:
  • Proof of residency (electric bill, gas bill, rental/mortgage agreement).
  • Birth Certificate

RAINY DAY PICK UP PROCEDURES

 1) The students who normally wait by the front gate for parents will wait in the MPR. The teacher on "Parent Pick Up" Duty will be in the MPR with them.

 2) Students that ride the bus will also meet in the MPR. To avoid confusion, bus riders will be separated from the students that are waiting for parents.

 3) “Walkers” will walk home like normal.

 4) Students that are normally picked up by way of a vehicle will walk out to the student pickup area as they normally do. Please do not block the busses with your car. Cars should never be left unattended in "no parking" or in "loading zones".

 5) Teachers will walk their classes out during dismissal to minimize playing in puddles.

Thank you! If we all work together, we can help keep our students safe and dry.
